The Herd of Bronco's

Bronco Driver Magazine Super Celebration East: A Week of Mud, Memories, and Broncos

It’s been a week since we wrapped up Bronco Driver Magazine’s Super Celebration East, a four-day event celebrating all generations of the legendary Ford Bronco. Over the past four years, we’ve attended this gathering with excitement, especially surrounding the sixth-generation Bronco. But what we didn’t expect was to become part of a passionate community that spans Bronco lovers from the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, and now the modern 2021+ models.

All Terrain Nation and ATN Offroad Ford Broncos

Held in Townsend, Tennessee, this event has grown into a true global gathering, thanks to the tireless work of event organizer Tom, who’s built something truly special for Bronco enthusiasts around the world.

This year, All Terrain Nation, along with ATN Off-Road, set up our booth to showcase aftermarket products from Novsight LED lights, Method Race Wheels, and Kumho Tires.

But the trip didn’t come without hiccups. On the way in, our friend Mark’s 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak broke down on I-40. Fortunately, we were just two miles from a Ford dealership. Within two hours, we were back on the road—though Mark’s Bronco had to stay behind for repairs.

Once on site, we set up our tent in the mud-soaked event area and hoped for the best. Day one kicked off quietly. People stopped by our booth to shake hands, talk Broncos, and check out Ghost, our newest Ford Bronco Raptor build. That evening, while we were at dinner waiting for an update on Mark’s Bronco, we got a call from Alan at Diabolical Inc—a storm had ripped through the showgrounds and destroyed our display.

We rushed back to find our 10×20 tent torn in half and gear scattered. We weren’t alone—displays from Hutch Leatherworks and others were also devastated. We immediately jumped in to help clean up, checking in with fellow vendors and helping wherever we could.

By day three, the skies cleared, and the event found its rhythm again. Spirits were high. Cookeville Ford called with good news—Mark’s Bronco was ready. He and Jes picked it up just in time to showcase it on day four.

The final day featured the All Terrain Nation Podcast, joined by vendors like Mountains to Metal, sharing stories and experiences from the week. At noon, we hosted our fan-favorite Patch Swap, where attendees and vendors exchanged custom Velcro patches of their favorite Broncos—a proud tradition and highlight for many.

By the end of day four, we were exhausted, but grateful. We packed up and headed back to our cabin, reflecting on the week’s highs and lows. On Sunday, as we returned to pick up our show trailer, I heard a strange clicking sound coming from the rear of our Ford Bronco Raptor. To my surprise, a rifle bullet casing was lodged in the tire. Mark jumped in to help me swap out the 37-inch tire, wrapping up our trip with one final adventure.

In the End, It’s All About the People

Adventure is what you make of it. Sure, there are setbacks—weather, breakdowns, unexpected challenges—but what stands out are the people: new friends, old friends, and a shared love for the Ford Bronco.

If you’re a Bronco fan—whether you’re into the vintage classics or the modern off-road beasts—do yourself a favor and check out a Bronco Driver Magazine Super Celebration. These events happen across the country, and they’re not to be missed.
