Ford Performance debuted the Raptor R Concept at the 2025 SEMA Show, and this isn’t your daddy’s Raptor R. Sitting under the hood is a brand-new Whipple 3.0L supercharger, pushing out an insane 900 horsepower of pure excitement.

On the outside, the Raptor R looks fairly unassuming—almost identical to the production version—but the real magic happens beneath the surface. Ford partnered with Method Race Wheels, Anderson Composites, Whipple, Rigid Industries, and Borla Exhaust to make this SEMA Raptor R something truly special.
Anderson Composites supplied high-quality carbon-fiber parts, including a vented hood and side air outlets that not only look aggressive but also improve cooling. Method Race Wheels wrapped in 37-inch BFGoodrich KO2s give the truck its signature stance and capability. Inside, Ford kept things surprisingly stock for a concept, letting the powertrain do all the talking.

That’s where the Raptor R really shines—under the hood. The Whipple supercharger transforms this pickup into something far beyond a traditional off-roader.
We now live in a world where trucks are more than tools for hauling cargo. Since the original Raptor’s debut in the late 2000s, Ford has turned pickups into performance machines, and the Raptor R takes that even further. With over 700 horsepower, these are no longer just high-performance pickups—they’re super trucks.
Of course, all that power comes at a price. A standard Raptor runs about $80,000–$90,000, while the Raptor R sits between $115,000–$120,000. If Ford ever puts this 900-horsepower monster into production, expect it to hit around $140,000—wild for a full-size pickup.

Overall: This concept is a showstopper. 10/10 for the booth presentation alone. Check out all the photos here on the site, and let us know—would you daily drive a 900-horsepower Raptor R?
